Install Instructions For Breckwell Exhaust Blower: A-E-027-AMP
To replace the exhaust blower:
- Unplug the unit
- Open the service panel
- Locate the exhaust blower. If your unit has the original OEM blower, you may have to remove the entire blower assembly if the motor cannot be removed from the hub. This will also involve removing the vent from the end of the assembly. If you have a Breckwell Insert, you will need to remove the entire off-set assembly from the of blower assembly and attach it to the new assembly if you have a hub-less motor.
- Disconnect wiring
- Replace blower assembly along with any gaskets that were disturbed (included).
- Reconnect venting if it was disconnected
- Reattach the wiring
- NOTE: if the venting was removed, make sure to apply RTV silicone to the venting adapter and secure with a single self tapping screw.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturersmake this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Pleasebe advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

I ordered a new exhaust blower for my Breckwell stove, I believe it was on a Wednesday. The item was reasonably priced. It was delivered the very next day, a total surprise, I expected to wait a few days. How do you know if you need a blower motor?where do you find the model#&Mine is making a noise like a loud freight train.&keeps shutting off even though it's clean.
Hi,
If your stove flame is lazy and not the usual explosive flame, then that would be a good indication that the exhaust/combustion blower is failing.
You can find the model of your stove by looking on the rating plate, usually on the back of the stove or on the underside of the hopper lid. The rating plate is also where you will find the serial number. -
What is the pal size ? 4 3/4 ou 5inch to the exast fan on the brecwell big e because i need that ???
4 3/4" is the standard impeller size, here's a link.
